The pump body is equipped with a forward-extended vortex impeller with a double-blade structure, perfectly integrating the high efficiency of blade impellers and the high throughput of channel impellers, and featuring excellent hydraulic performance and anti-clogging capability.

The impeller is of a semi-open design and is equipped with a high-precision mating insert ring structure. The material is made of high-hardness alloy, which is wear-resistant and durable.

The specially designed cutting edge and drainage slot on the insert ring, in combination with the high-precision mating clearance, can effectively cut and smoothly pass through easily entangled substances in the medium, and at the same time form a secondary cutting effect. This structure can also effectively prevent sedimentation and adhesion layer formation in the impeller's central area, significantly enhancing the pump's operational stability and reliability under complex medium conditions.
